EST. 2019 · PICKERING, ON · MONDAY JUN 01 2026 · VOL. VII · NO. 152

Mornings.

7 a.m. to 3 p.m.
That is the whole
schedule.

A short note from the owner. Hours, beans, croissants, plus what to do if you arrive at 2:55.

Pour-over takes four minutes. We do not apologize for that. The drip is faster but not by much. Beans come from Pilot Coffee in Toronto, rotated every two weeks. The croissants come out at seven. They are usually gone by noon.

We do not take reservations. We do not have a loyalty card. We do not stamp anything. If you want a seat, come early. If you want to know what is brewing, look at the chalkboard by the door, or just ask the person at the bar.

Closed Mondays. Saturday until four. Sunday from eight. Parking is around the back, beside the laneway. The room holds eighteen at the tables and four at the window. If that is full we will tell you when one opens up.

No syrups. No sizes. Just coffee that took a long time.

The notice board.

Things people ask about. We post them here so the bar can keep pouring.
